TESOL – Invited Academic Session:
Communicating across cultures is integral to our work in TESOL. Speakers will highlight specific interactions between language and culture, trends in developing intercultural competence, and implications for teaching and training across multiple contexts. Cultural issues are explored from several perspectives: historical; current best practices; and emerging trends for the future.
